Ahmedabad: Rain brought a huge respite from the scorching heat but the city was left grappling with a new set of problems. Not only were most of the existing potholes filled to the brim but almost all empty plots were also transformed into mini lakes. Most areas had acute water-logging problem and water also entered many houses. People were busy pumping out the water from houses.
