Jamnagar: The control room at fisheries station in the city cannot function smoothly because of dearth of staff. Due to the staff shortage, residents are suffering. We do not get any information on natural hazards due to lack of staff and the fisheries station is kept open only for three months and that too at night which doesn't serve purpose, said leader of fishermen.
