Kutch : The parents of a 15-year-old Dalit boy, Kuldeep, who is suffering from irreversible high diabetes, have petitioned the Gujarat Government for permission for euthanasia. br The boy’s family, relatives and friends sat on a daylong dharna after submitting to the Kutch district collector the application seeking permission for euthanasia.
