these past few months have been hard, but the past week has been the hardest. i've been in varying stages of this realization (guilt, denial, realization...). in this video she wanted to get down to eat, but when she did, she only ate for two seconds, just to go back to her little resting spot. she definitely knows it's time. br br her meows are just filled with sorrow, and some pains. the past month she's been more affectionate than usual (like she was trying to say goodbye?), and the past couple of days she's been getting more and more distant. the amount of nose kisses she gave in the video is rare these days. she's been throwing up almost every day. she's less apt to groom herself. even going to the vet, she didn't jump of the table to roam around the room like normal- she just sat there. she's just been sitting and staring. my little love face is just deteriorating. i just kept hoping she would get better (and others have helped me in that journey) but whatever was tried did not work. i have been here before (with another cat friend), and things don't get easier.
