Ahmedabad : It is against the law to do anykind of construction by tenant without land lord's permission, but here we have found the giant example of Dabang tenant and also AMC's irresponsibility, br Bhanu Patel, a residents of chandlodia, who has filed the complaint against her tenant as her tenant has built illegal factory without her permission and the AMC has accepted impact fee without verification. Now, she is battling to get back her land.
