The hectic work schedule make them leave everything and head for their village. Once there, Deepak runs his farm successfully and sells it's produce to the the market, but his return to the village is unnoticed by the cruel, shrewd and lustful Akhay Chandra Ghosal (Deb Mukherjee) who had an eye on Deepak's wife and property. He continuously tries to come up with ways to snatch Deepak's fortune. One day, Deepak meets Nandita (Archana Puran Singh) and gets involved with her but Nandita's husband somehow finds out about this and kills them.
