Abdullah (1980), directed by Sanjay Khan, is the story of a Muslim man, Abdullah (Raj Kapoor), living in Persia. Abdullah is ready to sacrifice his life for a Hindu boy, Krishna, and save him from the hands of a bandit, Khaleel. The bandit is foretold that he is destined to be killed by Krishna. Will fate intervene to save Krishna, or will Khaleel succeed in defying the prophecy.
