Vikram Sehgal (Alok Nath) a renowned businessman and have tw
sons, the legitimate Vishal (Nana Patekar) and the illegitimate Raju (Rishi Kapoor). Vishal's uncle Shrichand (Mohan Joshi) and his friend Arjun Chaudhry both plan and murder Vikram Sehgal for his property. Later, Shrichand learns that Vikram had willed his assets to be divided equally among his sons Raju and Vishal. Vishal needs to get back Raju to home to get his share of property.
