The Ahmedabad district court on Monday convicted accused Vismay Shah to five years imprisonment in the 2013 BMW hit-and-run case in which two youths were killed. Earlier in the day the court found Shah guilty under section 304, part- II of IPC. br The court also ordered the accused to pay Rs 5 lakh compensation to the families of the two victims.
