New evidence has surfaced in Mexico pointing to high-level complicity in the July 11 prison escape of the world's most powerful drug lord, Joaquin "El Chato" Guzman. Noises could be heard coming from under Guzman's cell days prior to his escape, but were ignored by prison officials. Several Interior Ministry officials are under investigation in the case.
