Samajwadi Party (SP) leader Farooq Ghoshi was removed from the post of Vice President of Mumbai unit following his irrational demand of providing Rajya Sabha ticket to the wife of deceased Yakub Memon. In response to his letter to party supremo Mulayam Singh Yadav which was leaked to the media, SP national leadership announce his demotion for raising the irresponsible demand.
