Ahmedabad: The owner of Hotel Silver Spring and its two managers have been arrested for their alleged complicity in the gang rape of a minor on their premises. The managers allotted the rooms and that too without keeping with them a copy of the occupants' identity proof. The authorities have cancelled the hotel's licence.
