But a town of parts -- 8 villages, each with their own civic village centre with space for essential facilities (schools, deli etc) located within a 10 minutes walk of residents of that village). These villages are connected by distributor roads to a central town centre with the major facilities such a community requires including a substantial shopping centre, high school, library, gallery, theatre, Bunnings, Masters and service precinct.
