Here we bring you a easy and quick way to feed your kid with carrots by way of carrot paratha. br br Ingredients br br 100 gm (34 cup) whole wheat flour br 14 tsp red chili powder br ¼ tsp ajwain br ¼ tsp cumin seed powder br ¼ black til br ½ tsp salt br 1 carrot grated br 13 cup water br 1 tsp oil or ghee br extra oil or ghee for cooking the parathas br br Method: br br - In a bowl put in the flour, red chili powder, ajwain, cumin seed powder, til, salt and mix well. Put in the salt and mix again. Pour in the the water and make a soft dough. Keep aside for 15 to 20 minutes. br - Divide the dough into 6 small balls.
