Mumbai: A month ago, leader of the Opposition Radhakrishna Vikhe-Patil had threatened to expose ministers in the Devendra Fadnavis government during the Assembly's monsoon session. However, as the sitting concluded on Friday, Vikhe-Patil failed to keep his promise. Vikhe-Patil had told that he possessed incriminating CDs featuring some BJP ministers but now he has taken a u-turn.
