Palak Chi Bhaji is a very easy and simple Indian recipe with a combination of chopped Palak (Spinach) and Onions tossed in masalas. This is a very healthy recipe for lunch or dinner. br br Ingredients: br br 1 Spinach (Palak) bunch, washed & chopped br 3 Onions, chopped br 10-12 Garlic cloves br 1 Green Chilli br 14th tsp Turmeric Powder br Salt to taste br br Method: br br - In a pan heat some oil. br - Once the oil is hot add crushed garlic, chopped green chillies, turmeric powder & chopped onions. Mix everything well. br - Cover it with a lid and let the onions become soft. br - Then add chopped spinach and salt. Mix everything well. br - Again cover it with a lid and let everything cook for 2 minutes. br - Serve the hot Palak Sabzi with Bhakri or Roti.
