Your food will be featured in my video someday ;) br Ingredients (4-6 servings) br For the fillings: br - 300g ground pork (0.7 lb) br -12 large onion, chopped (½ cup amount) br -30g dried woodear mushrooms (black fungus)= 13 cup br - salt & pepper br br For the rice crepes: br -1 pack Banh cuon flour 400g (OR: 200g rice starch + 200g tapioca starch) br -1 liter water(=4 ¼ cup or 1 quart ) br -1 tbsp vegetable oil br - ½ tsp salt br br For Hanh phi br 200g red shallot, sliced into1cm thick (~2 cup) br (It can be replaced by onion slices) br ½ tbsp tapioca starch br br For garnish: (choose your favorite) br -Beansproutscucumberfresh greens Asian basils br -Pork floss (cotton meat) br -Vietnamese ham "Cha Lua" br br Dipping sauce br br Music by Purple Planet br and "Sparrow sparrow" by KÁ (This song is composed and sung by a good friend of mine.
