pFire gutted three floors of a skyscraper under construction in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, on Thursday, Aug. 13, forcing the evacuation of nearby residences and causing a traffic backup into Dubai. Local reportsa said nobody was injured, and that the fire was brought under control.
