U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry is in Havana for the ceremony marking the reopening of Washington's embassy in Cuba. He said that normalization will be a long process and not take place overnight and hinted that Washington expects Cuba to adopt decisions that will bring change to the island. Kerry did not mention the lifting of the U.S. economic and financial blockade of Cuba.
