Auditor-General Ambrin Buang says it is up to the Chief Secretary to promote government officers who have been reported of misconduct at a Q&A session with Minister in the PM's Dept Paul Low, and Pemandu CEO Idris Jala at a forum organised by IDEAS on 8 February 2014.br br He says those reported have a right to a free and fair investigation, and can't have action taken against them right after a report is made.
