Minister in the PM's Department has sought to clarify his reported 'phantom voter' comments, saying that while BN could not locate 3,000 voters in the Sungai Limau constituency - the better term was 'undetected voters' as per the Election Commission's terminology. Both PAS and the EC have dismissed any possibility there were phantom voters in the by-election lost by BN.
