Bakri MP Er Teck Hwa, the only Opposition representative to attend a briefing session for MPs today at Parliment House has apologised for not joining his fellow coalition members in boycotting the session, saying he didn't receive the memo. DAP party whip Anthony Loke says he needs one or two days to consider whether to accept Er's explanation or refer him to the party disciplinary committee.
