A massive mobilization by Colombia's campesinos is underway throughout the country, with protests planned through September 5. The peasant farmers charge that 70 of the agreements reached with the government since 2013 have not been fulfilled. The mobilization is sponsored by the Agrarian Summit, a coalition of campesino, indigenous, and Afro-descendant organizations. Social leaders say it is the lack of government attention to agriculture that is driving migration to Venezuela. Natalia Margarita reports from Bogota.
