That’s why you see many people at the gym working out, they want to look good. But after you have trained yourself to be at where you want to be, it is clear that you will have to maintain this training to keep looking good, but what’s next? There’s where I see that Martial Arts comes in. You might train yourself to be fit, but if you do not know how to protect yourself in case somebody tried to hurt you, then I see a lot of that training to be useless. The great benefit of Martial Arts training is that it will give you a greater purpose behind the fitness training. Not only will the fitness training be direct towards your health and looking good but it will also be directed towards practicality in self-defense.
