India’s controversial Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who rode his election victory in mid 2014 on a hate campaign against Pakistan and the minorities in India, comprising Muslims, Christians, and even low caste Hindus, is now presenting himself as a peacenik and reformer. Modi’s role playing and playacting would have been an internal matter of India but Mr. Modi’s heinous agenda also includes the subjugation of Pakistan and the decimation of Muslim majority in Indian Occupied Kashmir (IOK), thus his machinations cease to be in the realm of India’s internal matter. br Modi tried to browbeat Pakistan from the day he took over, sometimes talking of conventional war against it, sometimes threatening to decimate Pakistan leveling baseless charges of Pakistan sponsoring terrorism while hurling challenges of carrying out surgical strikes against purported terror camps in Pakistan. br As the Chief Minister of Indian state of Gujarat, Narendra Modi oversaw ethnic cleansing of Muslims, planned pogroms and bloody carnage, where extremist Hindus were free to rape, pillage, burn and kill Muslims. More than 2,000 Muslims were butchered while the state machinery stood by watching and at times aiding the terror mongers. br Narendra Modi is trying to play his cards for securing a permanent seat at the UN Security Council. He is being projected by some western countries as a bulwark against China. Modi is bent upon being anointed as the custodian of law and order in the region as the regional policeman. br The true face of Narendra Modi must be exposed. His policies are centered upon self indicating material themes, which are desperate to bring Hindu extremism to the fore focusing on militancy, use of violence, suppression of minorities (especially targeting Christians, Muslims and low caste Hindus), bullying neighbours into subjugation and following the diktats of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), which even went to the extent of assassinating the revered Hindu leader Mahatma Gandhi because he preached against the slaughter of Muslims just after the partition of India. br Under Modi’s watch, those low caste Hindus, who had embraced Islam are now being forced to reconvert to Hinduism by the hooligans of RSS and the BJP under a government sponsored program labeled “Purkhon Ki Wapsi” or the return of the family members. br Modi’s hypocrisy knows no bounds. During his election campaign, when he was presented a prayer cap by Muslims in his constituency, he refused to wear it. During his recent visit to UAE, he visited a Mosque and for a photo opportunity, only to impress his hosts, he adorned a Muslim prayer cap and took selfies. br In IOK, Modi’s machinations know no bounds. He tried his level best to rig the elections to establish a BJP government.
