Sexual Harassment at workplace is a crime. According to section 509 of Pakistan Penal Code and Workplace Act 2010, punishments for Sexual Harassment include 3 years of imprisonment, heavy fine, reduction to a lower post or lower time-scale, compulsory retirement, dismissal from service and others.
