This race took place in Sliven, Bulgaria on 13-14 June 2015. It was the second race of the Bulgarian dragster championship of the year 2015.br For videos of the first race check here: br RACE 1:br This was the final in CLASS STREET DIESEL between Metodi Karaboychev, Red Lupo vs Petyo Nikolov, Blue Lupo (West Coast Diesel Customs). br So far the best time of the blue Lupo was the same as tho one of the red Lupo - 11.5. However Petyo Nikolov had a trick up his sleave, he had a full tank of nitrous which he was not using so far.br First run on nitrous, 10.821@208.7kmh and 18m in 1.74sec. In Bulgarian championship you need 2 out of 3 wins in finals to be declared winner in finals. So that was the first win for the West Coast Diesel Customs car (1:0).br br RACE 2:br Petyo lined up for second run but the Red Lupo broke and he automatically won the final (2:0).br However he was already at the start and he decided to go for a record again. He asked his teammates for a 12mm wrench and popped the hood. He did a quick swap of the nozzle on the nitrous for the biggest one they had available and went for it.br The run was 10.738@210.17 and 18m in 1.67sec which is now the record for CLASS STREET DIESEL.br br CAR SPECS:br Street legal with full interior 1100kgbr West coast diesel customs hybrid engine 1.9TDI PD runing with edc15br West coast diesel customs hybrid turbo br 02M stock gearbox 4x4, Spec Mini Twin clutchbr 393.3HP and 541.5Nm @ 3bar boost only on turbo.
