Iranian President Hassan Rouhani arrived in Tehran on Tuesday after leaving the UN General Assembly early. In a presser after his arrival, he called on Saudi Arabia to "fulfill the legal and international duties towards pilgrims" and to "clarify" what happened in the Hajj stampede.
