The Grand Mosque in Makkah br Masjid Al-Haram is established on 388,375 square meter of area. Mutaaf’s Area br (circumambulation area around the Holy Kaaba) is comprised on 17,540 square br meters. The cleaning process of such a grand mosque is completed in only less br than an hour. Maher Al-Zahrani, manager of the Department of Cleaning and br Furnishing at the Grand Mosque, said that it takes only 55 minutes to clean the br Masjid Al-Haram. The workers perform their washing and cleaning duties while br pilgrims are performing their tawaf (circumambulation) and sa'i (stepping up br seven times between Safa and Marwa hills).
