Two girls, cousins aged 14 and 15, were found dead on Wednesday hanged from mango trees in a village in Uttar Pradesh state's Budaun district. A post-mortem on the girls has since confirmed they had not only died from strangulation due to the hanging, but had been gang-raped prior to this brutal display.
