SINOPSE: br Quando um meteorito cai na Terra, no Oceano Pacífico perto do Japão, as conseqüências são notáveis, que consegue despertar o adormecido monstro Godzilla, descobre um ovo enorme que tinha sido enterrado em Infant Island e revive Battra, um inseto gigantesco que destruiu uma civilização primitiva, na ilha há muito tempo. Takuya ( Tetsuya Bessho ), um arqueólogo e aventureiro, é enviado para a ilha por representantes de uma empresa japonesa grande para colocar a situação sob controle, juntamente com Masako ( Satomi Kobayashi ), a ex-esposa de Takuya, que também é um executivo com a corporação. Takuya (Tetsuya Bessho), an archaeologist and adventurer, is sent to the island by representatives of a large Japanese company to bring the situation under control, along with Masako (Satomi Kobayashi), the ex-wife of Takuya, who is also an executive with the corporation.
