Riding the St. Paul Bike Classic with the handcycle. It's a 33 mile ride around St. Paul, MN. It's a lot of fun, but requires a lot of energy when riding a handcycle. As far as I know, I was the only handcycle out of 7,000+ bikers This is the first part of video of the ride.
