These are clips from a much larger project, but it was too much fun so I wanted to get something up now. br br Unofficial Halloween 10172015 br br The college town of Carbondale Illinois has had a lovehate relationship with Halloween celebrations in its town for over 30 years; including a ban that lasted 15 years. Past celebrations ended with riots, property damage and arrest. Last year saw a flipped car in the streets. In that time, organizers came up with "Unofficial Halloween" - a Halloween celebration 2 weeks before Halloween. This was the 9th Unofficial Halloween which has grown to be just as big if not larger than "Official Halloween".
