Bolivia Charges Foreign Spy Planes Violated its Airspace

Bolivian President Evo Morales charged that foreign spy planes violated the country's airspace over the weekend. Vice Minister of Defense Felipe Casares said the U.S. could be involved in the flights, possibly the Drug Enforcement Agency seeking data on poppy cultivation.
