Ahmedabad : Gujarat Anti-Terrorist Squad (ATS) sleuths with the help of Telangana state intelligence arrested one of the wanted accused in the 2003 'ISI conspiracy case' from Hakimpet near Tolichowki. Ghulam Jafar Ghulam Husain Shaikh, 50, a tailor from Dariapur in Gujarat, was accused of supplying 140 cartridges to two of the accused of the ISI conspiracy case, which was an amalgamation of separate cases such as firing incidents and planting tiffin bombs aboard buses.
