Outposts' pre-planned Open Expeditions are OPEN to all young people, aged 15-17 at time of travel, to join individually, with friends or with a group from school and depart on set dates during the school summer holidays. We currently offer two destinations - South Africa and Nepal. br br Open Expeditions provide an opportunity for all young people to experience the benefits and challenge of overseas travel as part of a group, which may be difficult for schools to organise where there are insufficient numbers of students to plan an expedition. br br Outposts is a registered ASDAN partner, which means that students travelling on an Outposts Open Expedition can achieve the ASDAN Certificate of Personal Excellence (CoPEL3) and earn 70 UCAS points. br br Outposts' Open Expeditions can also be used as part of your Gold DofE residential.
