Our chef Archana brings you this yummy and irresistible dessert on Ruchkar Mejwani. br br Ingredients: br br 1 Cup Semolina (Rava) br 1 Cup Grated Coconut br 1 Cup Sugar br 50 gms Mawa br 1 tbsp Ghee br 3 tbsp Water br 14th tsp Cardamom Powder br Dryfruits (as per choice) br br साहित्य: br br १ कप रवा br १ कप ओलं खोबरं br १ कप साखर br ५० gms मावा br १ tbsp तूप br ३ tbsp पाणी br १४ tsp वेलची पावडर br सुकामेवा (आवडीनुसार) br br Method: br br - In a flat bottom pan, heat some ghee. Then add the rava and roast it for some time. When the rava changes its color, switch off the flame and put it in a plate and keep it aside. br - Heat a round bottom pan. Add grated coconut, sugar & water. Mix everything well till the sugar dissolves completely. br - Then add the mawa, dry fruits & cardamom powder. Mix everything well. Switch off the flame and let the mixture cool down. br - Add the roasted rava to the mixture and mix well. br - Make medium size laddu and serve.
