Charmaine Denise Mode from Kelso, Washington filed the lawsuit Tuesday seeking $75,000 in damages and claiming she suffered food poisoning after eating at a Chipotle restaurant in October. Health officials have linked 22 cases to the outbreak resulting in the closure of 43 locations.
