She brings to you the recipe of yummiest Mawa Cake in an easiest way possible. Learn the art of making rich, eggless dessert that is very soft, moist and delicious. And surprise your guest with the amazing homemade Mawa Cake. br br Ingredients br - 80gms regular flour br - ½ tsp baking powder br - ¼ tsp baking soda br - 100gms of Condensed milk br - 80ml of melted butter br - 50ml Milk br - ½ Cup khoyamawa br - Pinch of Cardamom br Syrup br - ½ cup milk br - 1tsp of regular syrup br - Saffron strands br Method: br - Add baking powder and baking soda in a bowl of regular flour br - Add condensed milk and melted butter and give it a stir, to it at milk and whisk it. br - Mix the dry ingredients with the wet ones and whisk it. Add Khoyamawa and mix it. br -Add cardamom powder and mix it. Once done add the mixture in individual oval shaped tray's which are lightly buttered br -Bake for 175C for 25 minutes br -Let the cakes cool down, demould the cake and poke the cakes a little and pour milk and saffron syrup on top of it br - Garnish it with Almond and Pistachios br Syrup br -Boil milk and add sugar.
