Ahmedabad : A minor girl was allegedly kidnapped and raped by 18-yeard old on the pretext of friendship, following which the man was arrested by Bapunagar police. The accused, Hitesh Shankar Mali, was also booked under the provisions of Protection Of Children from Sexual Offences Act.
