Pair it up with a Roti or Rice and enjoy the delicious delicacy of Kerala. br br Ingredients: br br - 2 Sticks of Cinnamonbr - 2 Cardamom podsbr - 4- 5 Clovesbr - 1 tsp of Fennel Seedsbr - Coconut Oilbr - 2 Finely chopped Onionsbr - 1big and 1 small Tomatobr - 1 cup of freshly desiccated coconutbr - ½ cup chopped cashew nutbr - 3 -4 green chiliesbr - 1 tsp poppy seeds br - Waterbr - Ginger Garlic Pastebr - ½ tsp Turmeric Powderbr - Saltbr - Chicken Breastbr br Method: br - In a pan roast , Cinnamon sticks, Cardamom pods, Cloves and fennel seedsbr - In a thick pan add coconut oil and onions and let the onions turn golden brownbr - To make paste add freshly desiccated coconut, chopped cashew nut, green chilies, poppy seeds and water and grind itbr - Add ginger garlic paste, freshly chopped tomatoes and mix it wellbr - Add turmeric and salt and little bit of water, to not let it drybr - Add the paste created with onion and tomatoes.br - Grind the roasted spicesbr - Add chicken breast to the whole mixture and mix it well, add a little water and let it cook for some timebr - Add the lightly roasted spices.
