Gjykata Supreme ka vendosur masën 30 dite paraburgim, te kerkuar nga prokurori Salustro, per ish-komandantin e UÇK-së, Fatmir Limaj dhe tre te akuzuarve te tjere per rastin "Kleçka" Naser Shalen, Naser Krasniqin dhe Nexhmi Krasniqin.br Kjo mase sigurie, e dhene ne oret e vona te se shtunes, pas seancës degjimore ka si argument friken e arratisjes se te pandehurve, fakt ky qe eshte cilësuar si absurd nga avokati i Fatmir Limajt, Tahir Recaj. Perfaqesuesit ligjore te te akuzuarve e kane cilësuar me prapavije politike vendimin e ndërmarrë nga gjykata Supreme, ndërsa zoti Recaj tha se te henen do te apeloje vendimin.Tre te akuzuarit u ndaluan gjate paradites nga policia e EULEX-it, ndersa Fatmir Limaj eshte paraqitur rreth ores 17:00 ne prokurorinë e EULEX-it ne Fushe Kosove. Pas marrjes ne pyetje per rreth dy ore nga prokuroret e EULEX-it, Limaj dhe tre te akuzuarit jane shoqeruar ne gjykatën Supreme per seancen dëgjimore, e cila përfundoi rreth ores 21:00. Vendimi i trupi gjykues u mor ne oren 23:30 te mbrëmjes, ndersa jashte ambienteve te gjykatës ndodheshin familjare, miq e simpatizantë te zotit Limaj. Ndalimet jane kryer pas vendimit te gjykatës Supreme e cila ka vlerësuar provat e te ashtuquajturit dëshmitari X, si te vlefshme duke rikthyer për gjykim çeshtjen "Kleçka".br br Supreme Court has set at 30 days detention requested by the prosecutor Salustro, former KLA commander Fatmir Limaj and three other defendants for the case "Klecka" Naser Shala, Naser Krasniqi and Nexhmi Krasniqi.br This security measure, given the late hours of Saturday, after hearing argument escape fear that the defendants, a fact that is regarded as absurd by the lawyer of Fatmir Limaj, Tahir Recaj. Legal representative of the accused have set the political background of the decision taken by the Supreme Court, while Mr. Recaj said Monday will appeal vendimin.Tre the accused were detained during the morning by EULEX police, and Fatmir Limaj is presented about 17:00 prosecutor of EULEX in Kosovo Polje. After interrogation for about two hours by EULEX prosecutors, Limaj and three accused are accompanied in the Supreme Court for the hearing, which ended around 21:00. Panel decision was taken at 23:30 pm, while outside the court premises were family, friends and sympathizers of Mr Limaj. Prohibitions are performed after the Supreme Court decision which has assessed the evidence of the so called witness X, worth returning for trial issue "Klecka".
