Kjo nuk eshte nje flete e zakonshme shënimesh, por nje kerkese zyrtare e nje studenti te fakultetit te Gjuhëve te Huaja. Veç shkrimit qe nuk duhet te ishte me dore, nuk janë respektuar shenjat e pikësimit, gabime ortografike ka kudo dhe nuk janë respektuar kriteret se si hartohet një kërkesë. Me keqardhje dekania e fakultetit te Gjuhëve te Huaja, Klodeta Dibra, shprehet se studentet e sotëm jane shume te dobët ne gjuhen amtare. Tingëllon çuditshme, por është e vërtete! Ne fakultetin Filologjik dhe ate te Gjuhëve te Huaja, pjesa me e madhe e studenteve jane mbetës ose shume te dobët ne lendet e shqipes. Sipas pedagogeve kjo vjen, pasi ne shkolle te mesme nuk behet lende e mirëfillte e gjuhës amtare dhe se te rinjte e sotëm, nuk kane me interes për leximin e librave. Ky fakt pohohet nga vete studentet. Kur universiteti i Tiranës ka miratuar futjen e lendes se Kulturës Gjuhësore ne çdo fakultet, dekania Dibra sheh domosdoshmëri provimin e gjuhës amtare para hyrjes ne shkolle te larte. Ndërkohë, Kultura Gjuhësore e Shqipes do te jete lende me zgjedhje ne fakultetet e Universitetit te Tiranës.
