Jo vetëm ne vlerësimin e mazhorances dhe opozitës ne komisionin e Medias, por edhe vete Këshilli Kombëtar i Radios dhe Televizionit e ka pranuar se është një institucion jashtë loje dhe pa asnjë ndikim ne tregun mediatik. Gjate seancës se raportimit vjetor ne Komisionin Parlamentar, KKRT u mbrojt me faktin e vendeve vakante ne Keshill, per te shprehur se jo gjithçka është ne dorën e tyre. Madje absurdi ne problematiken e prezantuar nga KKRT ishte edhe përballja me rojet private, qe nuk lejojnë monitorimin e mediave.br Rezoluta e komisionit pritet te miratohet te mërkurën e ardhshme, por disa nder pikat e saj qe do te propozohen nga opozita, vizion plus ka mësuar se do te jene: Selektiviteti i KKRT ne raport me Mediat, çështja e reklamave shtetërore, dështimi ne mbledhjen e gjobave, prishja e tregut te medias, disbalancimi i televizionit publik, dhënia preferenciale e licencave dhe shndërrimi i këtij Enti ne instrument qeveritar.br br Not only in the assessment of majority and opposition in Media Commission, but also own the National Council of Radio and Television has acknowledged that it is an institution out of the game and without any impact on the media market.
