Kryetari i FRD Bamir Topi ka deklaruar se vendit i duhet rotacioni politik por ndryshimi sipas tij vjen nga një rruge e trete, si ndëshkim për forcat e mëdha qe kane rritur ne kulm tensionin politik. Ne një bashkëbisedim me studente te Universitetit Bujqësor, Topi ka paralajmëruar krijimin e tripolaritetit politik, për të krijuar siç u shpreh ai, një rrotacion elitash dhe meritokracie pas 23 Qershorit.br Topi tha se në vend ekziston një politike amorale e krijuar vetëm për karrige dhe para, duke iu referuar zhvillimeve të fundit që përkojnë me zyrtarizmin e kalimit te LSI tek PS apo dhe votimit surprizë të ministrave në parlament. Kryetari i FRD tha se indiferentizmi vrasës i politikes, po minon jo vetëm të ardhmen e shqiptareve por po ve ne pikëpyetje legjitimitetin e institucioneve dhe garancinë për zgjedhje të lira e të ndershme.
