Nga qyteti i Vlorës lideri i opozitës Edi Rama ka deklaruar se ne 23 qershor vota e shqiptareve do te jete po aq e qarte sa ne vitin 1992 pasi Partia Socialiste përfaqëson rilindjen ndërkohe qe kampi tjetër vetëm rrënimin e mëtejshëm te vendit. Para qytetareve te Vlorës kandidati për kryeministër ka theksuar se PS ka programin me te qarte për te qeverisur vendin dhe eshte gati qe te ndryshoje vendin menjëherë pas zgjedhjeve. Rama ka akuzuar qeverinë Berisha se jo vetëm mashtron me shifrat për rrugët e ndërtuara por për me tepër nuk ka arritur ti ndërtoje sipas standardeve evropiane. Sipas Rames kur e majta te vije ne pushtet do te ndërtoje "korridorin e kaltër" i cili do te përshkoje te gjithë bregdetin dhe do ti japë një frymëmarrje te re turizmit. Rama është ndalur edhe tek program ekonomik i Partisë Socialiste duke shpjeguar edhe njëherë taksen progresive.
