Approximately 8 people have been reported injured after a fire broke out at a Pemex oil refinery in the Mexican state of Oaxaca. After a mid-morning explosion, approximately 200 people were evacuated from the plant. Nearby schools were also evacuated as a precautionary measure. By mid-afternoon everything was back to normal.
