Virginia Governor accepts deer tribute from Native American tribes

The day before Thanksgiving, Gov. Terry McAuliffe (D-Va.) participated in a 338-year-old ritual outside the Governor's Mansion in Richmond, where two tribes each presented a deer as payment in lieu of taxes.
