The global incidence of AIDS may be falling but in a remote corner of western Kenya the disease remains a major threat with one in four of the population infected. Health advisors from Doctors Without Borders are travelling door-to-door in the town of Homa Bay offering residents medical tests and teaching them about HIV prevention.
