How is a single GPU an upgrade from a dual GPU setup? In most cases it isn't but in this case it is. br br My AMD Crossfire setup consist of an AMD 7970 and AMD 7950. Both have been running almost 247, 365 since 2011. Over time, the performance went from great to poor and drivers are now lacking in support for these cards (at least they haven't helped in quite some time). I decided it's time to try something new. I've started editing A LOT as of late and I think it was time to take my rig in a direction that's great for editing and gaming. I snagged the EVGA GTX 960 SSC for $180 (tax included) and here we are.
